[BC] Maintaining older transmitters

How about the one where I disconnected the 3-1/8" flange from the top of the transmitter and the transmitter fell over? They had to take the wall off the corrugated steel transmitter building in order to read the meters. We'll have to talk about it over Maurice's someday :)
