This thread seems to have drifted ...

What about the monitary damages done to a "legitimate" Broadcast Licensee
by other licensees either "bending" or totally ignoring the intent of  
the translator rules ?

Should the FCC be made aware of an AM operating only one hour per 24
( If at all ? )    If the AM goes dark, shouldn't the FM also ?
