1) Dummy load of known value after heating to test at rated power.
2) Measure the rotation/match at the TX connector. Compare to prior.
3) Check the #20 meter for load phase match. If that's high (x>0.50), it
will shut down.

Your operative words are "changed load".  What changed about the load?
