I supposed that is one of those legendary comedy posts. If the 
professionally maintained station has an off site aux, THAT can be 
coordinated with programming. Running a 50KW station at a few hundred 
watts is the same as signing off. I doubt that many transmitters out 
there could even run at such low power.
