        Thanks ... I was pretty sure a statement made
        by a station that it was, at 15 W, the 5th
        smallest power in the US was not correct.

        It will take more research to find out why
        they make that claim, but it is probably 
        not unlike the fellow who sent me a
        copy of an early (1924) license, claiming
        to be the 5th station in the US. (You can
        tell by the date, it didn't take a lot of
        research).  What it was, was that he
        was in the 5th District!
