[BC] How do people get Optimod Keys?

Confirmed, via my father-in-law's camper...lol

Are there multiple designations for the BH754?  I've got all the common Motorola keys according to the chart halfway down this page:

Unless I'm overlooking it, there's not a mention of a BH754 here.
