Yes it does. I used it with both Vonage and my Barix VOIP phone at my old
apartment and it worked quite well. They also throw in free wifi access at all
AT&T hotspots-including Starbucks. The only port blocks I found was port 25
(email), and there was an online opt out of this block that I did -and they
unblocked the port in 24 hours.

If I didn't have DSL Extreme I'd have AT&T DSL-I just happen to like the four
extra IP addresses I have, and the newsgroup access. AT&T blocked most
newsgroups last year (as did Comcast and Time Warner).

Does the ATT elite service allow VOIP from other providers?...If so I might 
just ditch the cable.
