I got hit with it. PC World says it turns your computer into a
zombie. Its name is "Koobface." It can be tough to get rid of because
it redirects you browser and incapacitates some virus checkers.

Fortunately I had my Zonealarm up to date and it found it. It
prevented me from trying to get the absolute latest updates. It's
been around a while so a relatively new update should catch it. Be
sure to reboot. It regenerates itself if you don't.
