[BC] How do people get Optimod Keys?

	I don't know about Motorola keys, but one night on a CAP ELT search, we located the false alarm in a small plane at an airport.  When we contacted the owner He stated that he had to much to drink to drive out, but if we could get into it without damage we had his permission.  The airport manager and I each tried our various keys.  The Optimod key opened it!  It's not that uncommon a key.
