passing it on to the GM.... glad that you can do it. 
 
More than once I have had a GM give me a hard time for 'causing trouble with this memo" when I did that. 
 
One went so far as to tell me this was the job of lawyers, he did not ever want to think of me as a lawyer, he would wait for the lawyer to bring this up and I best stick to the engineering, of which safety compliance had nothing to do with engineering.
