 That THAT copy has not been previously "activated" else M$ will want
 paid again.
 OR that you are willing and able to hack the "activation" within the
 first 30 days, and will never do any "automatic updates" nor install
 anything that requires a "genuine" certification.

 Most all of the dell-specific stuff you can download from dell.
 Probably want to have it available if the installation asks.

 Dells can be finicky that way.
