Amen on HP service Jeff.

Last month I posted a query seeking suggestions for a mono laser that  
gets good toner life. Suggestions on the HP 4200N & Printertech as a  
source for rebuilt machines.

Bought said printer from Printertech. Real clean looking machine, but  
no install disk--you had to buy that from HP, they didn't offer  
downloads.  Disk arrived, machine installed, but wouldn't print off  
the network from the traffic computer (which was the main reason for a  
bigger printer in the first place).

Our IT guy was told by HP service that a) there was no problem, then  
b) that it was not possible to network the printer.

Eventually we just turned off spooling at the traffic computer. Works  
just fine now.
