It works as long as it works, then it doesn't.  Good luck with that.   
They make YOU go to the location of the "modem."  It cannot be fixed  
remotely.  That is just stupid.

I was getting well over 6 MB, until it quit from time to time.  The  
worst part is that it cannot be "re-booted" unless you are at the  
modem, which meant I couldn't fix the problem when in Idaho Falls,  
Dallas, or Ohama.

Oh, well, I gave up.
