Dave,

What would this utility be called?  I don't want to infest my computer with
bad software.
 
    Well, now that you ask, I'll go look. It doesn't run on your machine as an exe or the like, It runs from a floppy, CD, thumbdrive or whatever.

    I'll still look for the other one, it had a catchy name, and now of course, I can't recall what it is.
