[BC] New white paper compares ITU-R BS.1770 and Jones&Torick (CBS) Loudness Meters

Orban has just published a white paper that those of you involved 
with loudness control in television audio may find interesting. It 
compares the ITU-R BS.1770 and Jones&Torick (CBS Technology Center) 
loudness meters.The paper reports on some measurements comparing the 
meters when measuring the output of processors incorporating the
