 Like I said, it did work, sorta, but was tricky to get matched.
 Of course, in those days, I'd cobble together most anything and see.

 Like the time I wound a 2 foot helix, and fed it 70 watts or so on 80
 meters. VERY narrow banded, but I did work South Africa CW quite easily,
 until the corona got too much, and the end caught fire.
 Since I had it hanging from a thumb tack in the ceiling, not good.
