[BC] Long Wire

Steve,
   The engineer that installed the unipole didn't do it right. He didn't do  alot of things right. The wire he used was too big, it's pulling on the top cross arms and the bottom crossarms. The wires need to be the right size. I'm going to send you a .zip file (pictures) of that was done at the bottom ring. I'm not happy with the work he did!
