BTW, I have yet to see objective evidence of the "success"
you mention. Usually the stories lack anything approaching
a NDA proof.

The downside of these "other" configurations is losses are 
detected with significant difficulty, and may be severe.
IOW you 1 kW may be acting like a 500 watter, and how 
would anyone know the difference?

Ron proved the performance of the 90 deg configuration
in the work done with Kintroic Labs, presented at the
