[BC] Poor Reception Areas

While I agree that an Extra or even General Class license does  
sometimes ensure a level of compitence, I have seen some real insane  
crap come out of the mouths of hams.

Yes, I am one, but frankly, it doesn't immediately impress me.

Today, with the multiple guess exams, and the publicly published  
exams, anyone who can read can pass the exams, and frankly, just  
because you can memorize the answers doesn't mean you know the subject.

When I passed my General written, with Technician code, I had to draw  
schematics.
