The power lines would be in the 'fall-zone' of a pure vertical quarter wave, and would get in the way of the stays.

The wind-up however needs no stays.

Can't really load into it, as its on a trailer and has outriggers etc, but I guess I could suspend a vertical wire/pair of wires from it. It'd be electrically short, but I wonder how it would radiate once ATU'd?

 Is there room for a pure vertical without getting into those lines ?
