Hmm... but it could turn a simple problem into a much more 
complicated/expensive one.
Like repairing a broken bonding wire (wrapped around an insulator) or 
just replacing a shattered guy insulator .. now they've got a problem in 
their coax as well.
Headroom is good planning.
