[BC] 9th FM harmonic causing interference

Yes,
In the case I worked it was resolved by reworking the transmitter 
ground. It was actually in tolerance, but still eating up the cell 
carrier on a nearby tower. The emission was found to be from the cavity 
and not the antenna.
