Has anyone mentioned the US "border blasters" which beam into Canada?

For example, Birach's WTOR 770 in Youngstown, NY, with 13 kW daytime
into a three-tower array aimed directly across Lake Ontario towards
Toronto.   Estimated conductivity of the water path is either 8 or 15
(depending on which map you use), so the signal across the lake is
still quite potent.

And WICY 1490 in Malone, NY, which holds a CP to move over to Mooers,
NY, change frequency to 1500, and beam north into Montreal with 50 kW.
  Are there any others?
