[BC] Harmonic measurements

I don't know about other engineers, but I always go to the 10th harmonic
at minumum. With the prevelance of equipment operating into the Ghz range,
especually GPS at 1560mhz, it's common to do them even higher.  But there
is a dimminshing returns aspect when the 802.11 band at 2.5 Ghz is the
25th harmonic.
