That was key to our participation in the program we chose.  If, for 
whatever reason, we need to NOT participate in an event, we can make 
that call.  At the end of the day, we're in full control of our plant. 
But if we miss 2 events, then that can jeopardize our further 
participation.  They don't want to pay us to not be ready.  Fair enough!
