[BC] Moseley AES issue

As recently as 2007, and despite input from myself, Harris and BE, Moseley AES outputs continue to provide a CONSUMER, rather than PRO flag. Many professional boxes downstream will ignore improperly flagged data, and in some cases provide improper de-emph as well without the 'pro' bit.

You can check for this fairly easily by using a Bit Buddy. Check the AES source going into the Mosely transmitter, note all the diagnositc and error lights. Then check the AES coming out of the Mosely receiver. If the lights are not identical, you probably need the field modification that Kevin at Mosely assured me in 2005 did not exist.

Contact Moseley and ask for the bulletin on this. The bulletin exists because both BE and Harris worked with them on it. Yes I am being pissy because Moseley has refused to be proactive with this necessary correction and wont make the effort to notify and correct this oversight. I think Toyota learned QC from these guys.

It is just inexcusably bad design and then the horrid, rude, unaccountable attitude and waste of my time at a real $$ loss that I encountered when I first documented the problem in Dec. 2005. How is it four years later this is still a problem for Moseley users.
