Kevin,
I'm a penny pincher! Don't spend the money if you don not have to. I've been here for 17 years, and trust me, I'm not going bankrupt or broke. There is plenty of money to spend if I need to.
Kevin, what you don't understand is my families situation. My mother got a huge inheritance when my great aunt passed in 2005. More than you'll ever know. My Aunt put money away for me and my sister, and my half sister from my Dad's first marriage.
Kevin, you are a great guy and I don't want to argue with you. It's just you don't understand that I want one station only. A little station. Not a part 15, but a small station to serve a small community. The tower, property, assets are paid for. I owe nothing to nobody. I think if you came and met me and my mother, you would understand. This station is to give me something to do during the day.
I got let go of a "real job" I was working making $50,000.00 a year. I was hurt on the job. I have a pending law suit against them. When an engineer is to be paid, I just tell them what do you want me to write the check for, and they get it. You're welcome to look at my books and see!
Please don't get on here and insult me, my mom, nor my wife. We are not broke, but the whole county is facing hard times and I'm just trying to save money in case things in the country get worse. You don't know me and my family and you have no right to make insults like this.
Barry will tell you that, he knows me and my wife and he knows we pay "on time"!
