Do both of these receive the benefit of the 5/8's wave lower angle of
radiation?

Completely unrelated but related nonetheless... What is used as a ground
system when a long wire antenna is used?

1230 is not 225 degrees, more like 215.

1400 is also not 225 degrees, also more like 215, but it is diplexed
with 550, and it has a ground system sized for 550, so what would
normally be a tower with an efficiency of about 420 or so has an
efficiency of 440 mV/m/kW at 1 km, which is the efficiency of a 225
degree tower.
