[BC] AM maintenance question

About Monday morning AM "maintenance":

When I was at KBIM 910 in Roswell in 1961
to 1965, I quite occasionally signed on the 
5 kW rig at midnight in ND  using the 
automation  system to try my best to mimic 
KOMA in OKC.   Did a good job, too, 
considering limited things!  "We've signed 
on the air this morning for equipment 
maintenance tests."
