The license of WOLF 1490 in Syracuse still specifies a DA to protect a
former co-channel in Kingston, Ontario, although I think WOLF
presently operates non directional under an STA or CP.
WLVL 1340 in Lockport, NY once required a DA to protect a Canadian
facility after increasing day power from 250 to 1000 W. This too has
been eliminated, but the second tower remains in place.
