I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with him yesterday.
Other than the simple fact it will not work with that audio card it is
not a problem. I put in a different card and it is working fine, it
just made me look bad in the eyes of the college IT department since I
said it was compatible with any audio card but I guess I should not have
said that but I did not know. After talking to Jim he acknowledged that
there was a problem with that card and his software. Again, it is not a
problem.
