As Andy Soule pointed out, there are some of the old Scott employees who 
offer Scott Studios support.  WWW.scottsupport.com is my site.  I 
currently have many  24 hour support clients.  There are options out 
there!  The SS32 is a good viable automation system and I currently have 
it at my stations.
