[BC] FCC rule question

My first ND 302AM filing many years ago was held because I didn't
specify the base current past the decimal point.  The licensed power was
1kw, the base Z was exactly 40.0 ohms and hence the base current should
have been 5 amps.  I typed the current as 5. amps.  A staff member
called several days later telling me that perimeters must be specified
to 2 decimal places.  She allowed me to correct my mistake over the phone.

5.00 amps was acceptable.
