IF YOU CAN GET THEM ALIGNED THAT WAY. Someone didn't do their math on the
lower arm of the new 36" tall Austin base insulators.  They will NOT line
up vertical in any manner EXCEPT if the the lower ball resides under the
arm of the top ball. Which means the dripping of the top ball/arm will be
through the gap. How BAD is that???? As a result, the balls sit at a
slight angle to each other so that the dripping water doesn't arc.
