Now that is gorgeous! Defiance, Ohio is not far from my hometown of Oregon, 
OH.

Looking at the pix I was thinking I know just how that sort of equipment 
even smells.

I have a number of RCA amplifiers of the rack-mount plug-in variety from 
the same era. Even the electrolytics on some of them are plug-in. I've been 
thinking of eBay'ing them, but I like to look at them up in my attic! Geek 
fever ......
