[BC] The snow mess

Well, I've been extremely lucky here in Northeast Mississippi (Tupelo). All the major snow events have gone by us, either to the North of us or to the South. We've hardly seen a flake all winter.
 
Can't say the same for our other clusters. Muscle Shoals AL area has gotten a good bit, and I think the Meridian MS cluster may have a layer of it as of today.
