[BC] Wanted: Bird "43" wattmeter "slugs"

Bird still does calibration of the slugs and the 43's. If you want them
cal'd to a specific 43, that meter MUST go in and be cal'd itself before
the slugs are cal'd in that 43. I have two 43's and a bunch of slugs done
that way.
That said, I then have a stash of "un-cal'd" slugs as well. MOST are
within a few % of the cal'd slugs.
