 That's not necessarily a bad thing.
 RAM is MUCH faster than swap.
 That's why Linux attempts to use 100% of RAM before
 going to swap, RTOS frequently has no swap at all,
 but why M$ falls apart without swap and tries to avoid
 using RAM is still beyond me.
