[BC] Harris RF Contactor Maintenance

A while ago someone inquired about greasing
Harris RF contactors. I recalled an article on
this and just found it. An engineer found that
his contactor was sluggish. When he removed
the gear motor cover he found the grease had
dried up causing the gears to bind.

He cleaned the gears and relubricated them
with a synthetic grease which is nearly clear in
color. This was published in the December 5, 2007
Workbench column of Radio World. The engineer's
