[BC] Broadcast Tools SS 4.2 needed

I am in serious need of a Broadcast Tools SS 4.2

Have a SS 4.4

Turns out there are many differences in the serial commands between the 
two units; the "sense" of the optos (sat closures) is inverted, and 
other things.

If someone has one or two working SS 4.2's, I would surely appreciate 
the chance to acquire them.

My 4.4 has been hooked up only enough to learn it won't work with RCS 
Player 101. SS 4.2 is directly supported.
