I have stayed at Circuit Circus several times.  If you pull in the parking garage Ifrom the back) and go up to the third level (I think) then you can walk straight into the mezzanine and hang a right to the escalator, another right and you are at the registration desk. 
 
You may not want the Manor Rooms.  Almost as good as Motel 6, barely.  Close to the NAB shuttle dropoff, though.  The West Tower rooms are pretty good.  Not the Bellagio, but a fraction of the price.  I assume all you really need is a place to crash.
 
They used to have a good gringo-ized Mexican restaurant called the Blue Iguana.  It's closed now and is a combination Mexican-Italian joint called Mexitalia.  No thanks, guys.  The buffet is reported to be no longer inedible, just disgusting.
