 In that case, the owner sold the land and the station separately.
 It *is* a shopping center now, but KCBQ is on at its full 50 now.
 I was part of that diplex project a few years ago.
 KCBQ was at 1 kw for an extended time while a suitable site was
 sought, and finally secured.
 Local yokels had  BIG part in opposing the "radiation" and killing
 a few sites in the middle of nowhere.
 Several of them died in the fire, after protesting that new towers
 would hamper rescue efforts if a fire happened, likely due to a lack
 of a way to notify them that they were in its path. Maybe....
