Kevin,

You are partially incorrect.  "White Spaces" is a complete misnomer for
the use of "open" core TV channels left over after the DTV conversion. 
Not anything above 698Mhz.  The spectrum bid by the telco's is between 698
and 746 Mhz (TV52-59). This would include MediaFLO's TV 55 and warehoused
56.  And is no way related to White Space.

The auctioned spectrum is for a new service called WiMax.
