Referring to the Planning Commissioners as "Nimrods" may have something to 
do with your lack of success in tower approval.  A well prepared application 
for a legal height tower in a properly zoned area of the community more than 
likely will result in co-operation.  All communities must make room for such 
zoning use by State Law.
