Yet, even though -22 dBc was considered the limit, and we bumped it up  
to -20 dBc, we are going to totally ignore all the hard work that went  
into determining the maximum level, and set the new level 12 dB higher!

Yea, right, that makes total sense, or should it be cents, or dollars.

Your post was very well written though.  I really enjoyed it.
