Jerry,
    This is where the general public is ignorant! They want their cell phones to 
work, but they don't want know towers put up, anywhere!  This is the FCC's fault 
and I agree that the federal government should override the tower rules of local 
zoning boards! Why doesn't Congress step in on this?
