 The feed point Z has nothing to do with the radiation from a structure.
 It's the radiation resistance that is important, and not "adjustable" by
 any means save physical changes to the tower.
 The skirt is irrelevant in every respect.
 50, 70, 150, or 12. Makes no difference.
