[BC] WAIT

Since I helped Dave dismantle WAIT's Elmhurst site, I can for certain say
the transmitters there were all tube in 1991. I still have one of them in
operation on that station (314) as a back-up. The other two 5KW boxes were
a Power Rock and IIRC an old RCA.

There was no sign of a SS box there.  I seem to recall Jeff to be right on
WIND/560.  560's DA signal at McCormick Place is really potent and would
have far exceded 820's omni signal from Elmhurst.
