You're preaching to the choir. I get private emails from many radio
people each day. They lurk in the group for fear of losing their
jobs. Some companies have across the board prohibitions on
participating. Others are sensitive to employees publicly disagreeing
with their views. Either way it's company or corporate sensitivity to
disagreement.
They can't post here because Barry requires a real name somewhere in
the message. Elsewhere, you can make up any screen name you want and
blast away until the company discovers your IP address or domain.
You'll have to give some of this bad credit to broadcasters. They
drank the Kool-Aid. I have to give that company credit for selling
10lbs in a 5lb sack. I don't like what Bernie Madoff made off with,
but I have to admire, in a perverse way, that he was able to do it
for so long with regulators asleep at the switch. The same is true
for the financial mess the country is in. Foxes guarding henhouses.
