[BC] Web Site woes

Um...

I have the same version, and the only way I could get it to open was to 
switch rendering engines to IE.

I got "what do you want to do" popups for Index2 and index3

with the OK greyed out (It did have "Open with Firefox (default)" 
showing in the options, though.

Weird; I'd never seen that before.
